Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are accepted only before your order has been dispatched. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellations are no longer feasible. For prompt support, please email us at [email protected].


Non-receipt of Product:

  • If your product has not arrived within 45 days, you are eligible to request a refund or a reshipment. Typically, packages arrive within 8 to 15 days.

Incorrect Item Received:

  • In the event you receive an item different from what you ordered, you may request a refund or a reshipment.

Change of Mind:

  • If you decide you no longer want the product you’ve received, you are welcome to request a refund. Please note, the item must be returned at your expense in its unused condition.

Refund Request Deadline:

Refund Processing:

  • Upon approval of your refund, the amount will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
